Green tea can be substituted for coffee* in the morning, as they both have caffeine in themselves. On average, green tea has 25 mg of caffeine in itself, which can boost the brain work without the jittery effect of coffee.

*Don’t forget, that drinking a lot of tea can have the same effects as coffee. In big amounts, it can cause a caffeine crash, slowing you down.

Antioxidants are helping you stay young

A cup of green tea a day can help you cope with stress, thanks to the antioxidants in it. Antioxidants slow down hair loss and skins aging, helping you stay young and beautiful! It is also said, that antioxidants help to keep cancer cells from your organism, but recent studies show they have no indicated value in the treatment of cancer.
